Have you ever had a boss who made you feel like you were more important than they were? What was your reaction to this? What were the circumstances of the incident? What was the end result? Imagine what it’s like to be treated this way by a leader if you’ve never experienced it before. Explain how a leader’s displays of humility exemplify servant leadership based on your response. Is it necessary to show humility to make someone else feel more important than you? Give an explanation for your response.
