Careers in Health Care
My professional objectives include the following. First and foremost, my goal is to continue learning new techniques that will help me become a better physician. I am motivated by a desire to be the best, which is why I strive to stay current and attend seminars and workshops to improve my skills. Second, I want to use the knowledge and expertise I gained while studying for my Masters in Health Administration to help others realize their full potential. My master’s degree will hopefully help me become a great leader and manager.
I was aware that career services were available at the University of Phoenix. Previously, I went to the school’s website and used the career guidance system to look for both local and international jobs. The website can assist you in your search for a suitable career (the University of Phoenix, n.d.). When applying for a job, one should have a detailed resume and be well-prepared for an interview (Ricketts, 2011). I would find the website useful if I wanted to advance my career as a physician. The career exploration tool would allow me to connect with professionals from a variety of fields.
